friendly staff room upgrade off-site parking missing invoice
i received a warm welcome from the friendly staff. everyone seemed to go out of their way to be pleasant! breakfast provided excellent choice and was great value. i got a room upgrade to a superior double.
I booked this hotel because it advertised parking. It was not useful at all! the invoice has not been emailed, as promised at check-out.

late room cleaning unacceptable service
the hotel location were acceptable.
the room cleaning was not done at a good time. returning to the room around 18h to rest before going out again is unacceptable, especially considering the price paid. i find this is very disapointing.
